Dental Care Specialist

University Physicians' Association is seeking a licensed Dentist to join our team at Kim Health Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare services to the uninsured in Knoxville, TN.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and restorative dentistry, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a member of our public health-focused team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the mission of improving healthcare outcomes in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through preventive and restorative dentistry services.
- Manage and direct patient care teams, including dental assistants and hygienists.
- Referral and coordination of patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Participate in health promotions and community outreach initiatives, such as mobile dental health events.
- Act as an ambassador for clinic services to underserved populations, advocating for health equity and access to care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Dentist in the state of Tennessee.
