Job Overview

University Physicians' Association is seeking a licensed Dentist to join our team at Kim Health Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing healthcare services to the uninsured in Knoxville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care through preventive and restorative dentistry services.
  • Manage and direct patient care teams, including dental assistants and hygienists.
  • Referral and coordination of patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
  • Participate in health promotions and community outreach initiatives, such as mobile dental health events.
  • Act as an ambassador for clinic services to underserved populations, advocating for health equity and access to care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Dentist in the state of Tennessee.
