Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team at Forhyre. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care and support to patients in a collaborative environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Contribute to the assessment and treatment of patients with mental health disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' behavior and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support and engage in therapeutic interactions with patients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid California Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPT required.
  • Documentation: Must provide the most updated resume and a valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $20-$25 per hour, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. This is a full-time, contract position with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.
