We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Technical Support Representatives to join our team at Cricut. As a key member of our Member Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support
Requirements:
