Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Finance Analyst II to join our Technical Insulation team. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial support for the commercial and FP&A aspects of the Technical Insulation business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to support the commercial agenda, including financial modeling and business case analysis.
  • Lead the consolidation and reporting of key financials of the business, including the P&L/income statement.
  • Partner with the division FP&A team to develop and maintain a robust and up-to-date list of risks and opportunities to the forecast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and vertically with peers and TI leadership to develop actionable, accountable, and resilient operating and strategic plans.
  • Exercise judgment to determine appropriate course of action and prepare business recommendations based on sound financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis within a manufacturing/corporate environment.
  • Experience with financial planning and forecasting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, MBA, CMA, or CPA.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BI reporting systems.
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed structure across functional, business, geographic, and cultural boundaries.
