Job Title: Data Analyst

Erie Construction Mid-West Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented analytics professional to fill the role of Data Analyst.

Job Summary

The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support enterprise initiatives aimed at improving business processes and optimizing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support data-driven projects from inception to completion, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, and visualization.
  • Organize and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales data, advertising performance, market trends, and operational metrics.
  • Proactively analyze digital metrics, including website unique visitors, email clicks, paid media click-thru-rate, social engagements, and revenue, to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, risks, and anomalies.
  • Advance A/B testing framework; conduct experiments to measure efficacy.
  • Partner with the business intelligence team to maintain and expand reporting solutions for monitoring key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to enable quick adjustments in response to market changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, continuously enhancing our analytical capabilities and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role, preferably in a B2C setting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python, R, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Experience in web analytics through tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Prior experience with marketing attribution and incrementality is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and a high aptitude for problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
