Account Director Opportunity at RAPP

RAPP Chicago is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure RAPP remains a leader in precision marketing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong background in data analytics and working with analysts.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic skills and ability to develop storytelling decks that marry metrics and data insights with key project objectives.
