Account Director Role

The Account Director is a master of coordination, demonstrating high potential in core Business Leadership skills. This role requires a deep understanding of the agency's portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, and the Marketing Sciences team.
  • Build and foster client trust and effectively manage their feedback and requests against the data analysis and reporting scope.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Analytics agency partner and become the bridge between our team and theirs across multiple data reporting projects and initiatives.
  • Manage projects autonomously and actively support VP Marketing Sciences and/or VP Account Leadership in the management of more complex projects, client out of scope asks, and cross-collaborations with agency partners.
  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction and service/product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong background or 2+ years of experience in data analytics and working with analysts.
  • Previous integrated marketing account experience and/or CRM experience a plus.
