We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Managing Director to join our Reinsurance Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- 10+ years of experience in reinsurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
