Senior Managing Director, Treaty Reinsurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Managing Director to join our Reinsurance Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and effective.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive results.
- 10+ years of experience in reinsurance sales and marketing, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
