Position: Patient Care Coordinator (Wellness Coordinator)

Compensation: $17.50 hourly + monthly bonus

Work Schedule:

  • Fridays and Saturdays
  • Weekday Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Weekend Hours: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Availability for specified days and hours is required. Additional hours may be offered at nearby locations.

Role Overview:

As a Wellness Coordinator at Joint Ventures, LLC, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for presenting various membership plans and packages, enabling patients to maintain their chiropractic care at competitive rates. Additionally, you will keep precise patient records, demonstrate proficiency with our computer systems, and uphold a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly and foster relationships
  • Inform patients about wellness plans and services
  • Assist patients with membership management, including sales and account oversight
  • Process transactions using point of sale software, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts
  • Guide patients in completing necessary paperwork
  • Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
  • Oversee daily clinic operations
  • Facilitate patient flow through the clinic efficiently
  • Adhere to Joint Ventures, LLC's standard operating procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain professionalism and decorum at all times
  • Contribute positively to workplace culture as a team player
  • Manage clinic communications via phone and web platforms
  • Complete additional tasks as needed by the organization

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive and cheerful demeanor
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, tablets, scanners, and phone systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media platforms
  • Commitment to maintaining clinic cleanliness and workspace organization
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code
  • Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to resolve conflicts professionally
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Experience in office management or marketing is advantageous
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes may be required
Salary:
$17.00 to $17.50 plus monthly bonus
