Job Overview

Position Summary:

The A21 Campaign is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating human trafficking and restoring the lives of those affected. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to survivors, ensuring they receive the necessary resources for recovery and independence.

Role Objectives:

  • Facilitate the delivery of essential services to individuals who have experienced human trafficking.
  • Conduct interviews with potential survivors and assist in crisis management under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Maintain availability for aftercare communication during designated hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized case management to survivors, focusing on their long-term recovery.
  • Conduct interviews to assess needs and provide emotional support.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and partner organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Accompany survivors to appointments and assist with relocation logistics.
  • Support survivors in their journey towards independence, including educational and vocational opportunities.
  • Ensure survivors have the necessary documentation for employment and education.
  • Engage with community events and partner organizations to enhance service delivery.

Crisis Management:

  • Respond to urgent situations as directed by senior staff.

Collaboration with External Entities:

  • Work alongside various agencies to facilitate survivor progress.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in monthly supervision sessions.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training and survivor support.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Strong commitment to the values of integrity and social responsibility.
  • Relevant educational background, preferably in social work or community services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean background check.

Desirable:

  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Experience in collaboration with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
  • Current certifications in CPR or First Aid.
