Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate services, utilizing a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
  • Provide intake, crisis intervention, safety planning, court education, information, and referrals as needed.
  • Ensure coordinated client care with key community partners and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Participate in grant reporting, grantor relationships, and quality assurance processes.
  • Contribute to the development of skills and knowledge by attending training and staying informed of best practices in the field.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with victims or in human services is preferred.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Light work, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and perform repeated motions.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
