We are in search of a seasoned Technical Interview Specialist to enhance our evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will possess a robust engineering foundation and proficiency in assessing candidates for diverse software engineering positions, such as Java, React, SDET, DevOps, and Quality Engineering. This role is essential in determining candidates' technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural alignment to ensure we recruit the finest talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate candidates' technical qualifications for open roles through virtual interviews and practical assessments.
  • Review resumes and applications to ascertain if candidates fulfill the requisite technical criteria.
  • Conduct virtual interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall cultural compatibility.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and prioritize technical screening requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of candidate interactions and provide thorough feedback to hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience through constructive feedback.
  • Continuously enhance the technical interview process to improve the precision and efficiency of candidate evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an engineering capacity is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years in technical recruiting or a comparable role, ideally within the US.
  • In-depth understanding of the technical skills and experience necessary for various IT positions, particularly in Java, React, SDET, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
