Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a comparable role, ideally within the US.
  • Strong comprehension of the technical skills and experience necessary for various IT positions, particularly in Java, React, SDET, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.
  • Familiarity with technical recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
