Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jobs4U. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office tasks, including filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
  • Provide scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights and hotels.
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
  • Use computers to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, and create presentations.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
