We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Integration Center Manager to join our team at ALDWP-COO/Chief Operations Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integrated schedule for various missions, including schedule development, execution, and readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate between multiple programmatic stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of activities and resources.
- Develop and manage the integrated schedule, ensuring timely completion of projects and programs.
- Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings, execution meetings, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Communicate schedule status and issues to senior-level program and facility management.
- Collaborate with the Outage Management Team to ensure planned outages are aligned and supported as scheduled.
- Verify that materials are on hand and staged prior to moving an activity to the Lock-in schedule.
- Integrate efforts of internal, external, and subcontract work groups to ensure successful project execution.
- Excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability with conflict resolution and schedule management.
- Previous experience in developing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Ability to lead, plan, and organize a variety of missions to ensure schedule execution.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 1 year of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.
Desired Qualifications- Previous senior-level schedule management responsibilities.
- Advanced P6 experience.
