This role reports to the Regional Sales Director and is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the cardiology market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales budgets and territory results.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our presence in the cardiology market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, nephrologists, and emergency medicine specialists.
  • Provide input and insights to commercial and medical colleagues on field-based knowledge and market trends.
  • Prepare and present strategic customer and institutional specific territory plans.
  • Execute marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Operate within defined budgets and manage resources to achieve territory and company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience in pharma specialty, hospital, or medical device/diagnostic.
  • 1-year institutional sales experience preferred, with IDN experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of high achievement, with top 30% ranking in 2 of the last 5 years.
  • Experience with product launch and Medicare population a plus.
  • Strong team player with customer service approach and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in a large geography, with ability to travel overnight as needed.
  • Experience working with HUB and specialty pharmacies a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and prior utilization of CRM systems.
