Overview:
TTI, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Manager for Information Services Risk and Compliance. This pivotal role is essential for navigating and adhering to security and privacy regulations while establishing and enforcing effective compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain audit documentation and data to efficiently respond to inquiries from auditors.
  • Develop and manage reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect our compliance with established frameworks and the status of technical risks.
  • Guide technical and business teams through audit processes, findings, and timelines, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and challenges.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and address any non-compliance issues, presenting clear and concise reports to senior management.
  • Create, implement, and update internal policies and procedures related to compliance and risk management.
  • Lead teams with integrity and ethical business practices, in alignment with TTI policies.
  • Continuously assess compliance with legal obligations and internal policies.
  • Evaluate current risk management initiatives and recommend enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various cultures and levels.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the team's critical functions and effective people management.
  • Assist management in developing strategies focused on achieving results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of seven to ten years of extensive experience in information security, compliance, auditing, and risk management, with significant leadership experience.
Essential Skills and Certifications:
  • Proficient in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and technologies.
  • Experience in formulating and executing compliance policies tailored to organizational risks.
  • Strong background in audit methodologies and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with information security management frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NIST, and PCI DSS.
  • Solid understanding of privacy laws including GDPR, CPRA, and PIPL.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex compliance issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Possession of relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, GIAC GSEC, CGEIT, or similar).
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Capability to position oneself to maintain computer and network equipment.
  • Manual dexterity for data entry and computer use.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

This position requires access to information or hardware governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person as per ITAR guidelines.
