Chief Information Technology Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise all elements of systems, hardware, infrastructure, security, and data governance.
  • Oversee the management of ERP systems and other data solutions; assess and choose new technologies.
  • Facilitate hardware and infrastructure support for retail locations, corporate offices, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Direct the HelpDesk operations and lead the IT team.
  • Establish controls that align with industry best practices and cybersecurity protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 10 years of experience in the information technology sector.
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of complex ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
