Most new hires start in the patrol division, contributing to the safety of our real estate developments.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual base salary of $55,000, with opportunities for overtime.

- Additional bonuses: $6,000 for EMT certification and $12,000 for Paramedic certification.

Qualifications:

- Upon completing the training academy, candidates will be licensed and armed as Commissioned and Personal Protection Officers.
