Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the global IT compliance initiative focusing on information security standards such as PCI, PII, NIST, SOC1/2, and SOX, collaborating with essential departments including Operations, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and HR.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for IT, ensuring alignment with the organization's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee responses to IT audits and privacy inspections, ensuring compliance with PCI, PII, and Financial SOX regulations.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address system vulnerabilities and enhance IT processes.
  • Ensure timely preparation of compliance documentation, particularly related to PCI.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to guarantee adherence to internal security and compliance standards.
  • Review and authorize network security modifications as part of the corporate change management protocol.
  • Support colleagues in related tasks during infrastructure installations and relocations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in Information Security and IT Quality Assurance.
  • Thorough understanding of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and experience in developing compliance policies.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and guide team members to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, vulnerability assessment tools, and antivirus solutions.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and formulating mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in ethical hacking and penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in creating disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
