About the Role:

The LAZ Prescreen Ambassador will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by assisting individuals in the navigation of illness monitoring technology. This position requires a high level of customer service, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist individuals entering the facility, answering questions and providing guidance on the use of LAZ Prescreen technology.
  • Monitor the use of LAZ Prescreen technology and communicate with clients on any employees who are unable to satisfy the requirements of pre-determined illness monitoring criteria.
  • Verify the clearance status of individuals prior to entering the facility and ensure they meet the requirements for entry.
  • Explain and enforce predetermined protocol for individuals who are determined to be exhibiting signs of illness or have a fever of 100.4 or greater.
  • Provide company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE) to visitors and employees entering the facility without masks in accordance with current state regulations.
  • Perform general maintenance of the facility, including sanitization of the screening station and sterilization of equipment/instruments used.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge and experience with technology.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment efficiently.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the use of all types of PPE.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for longer periods of time.
