About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Customers: Develop a rapport with our customers, responding promptly and professionally to their needs and concerns.
  • Provide Premier Customer Satisfaction: Consistently deliver exceptional service, ensuring a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude in all interactions.
  • Assist with Cashiering Functions: Support our cash handling operations as needed, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Maintain Parking Facilities: Oversee the general maintenance of our parking garages, including sweeping, cleaning, and performing minor repairs as required.
  • Operate Parking Revenue Control System: Proficiently use our parking revenue control system to add, delete, and update accounts, as well as perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Customer Service Experience: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system is preferred but not required.
  • Parking Industry Experience: Familiarity with the parking industry and its operations is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to Work in Varying Environments: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, as well as lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
