Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist at Adroit Partners. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our warehouse operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the warehouse operations team, including preparing and processing documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
    • Verify and confirm receiving and shipping documents, including certifications, packaging lists, and other relevant documentation.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
    • Develop and maintain effective inventory management systems, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels and movements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 3 years of experience in a warehouse operations or administrative support role, with a focus on supply chain management and inventory control.
    • Certificate in a specialized function or Associate's Degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and other supply chain issues.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Forklift certification, with the ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
