Administrative Coordinator

We are currently in search of an Administrative Coordinator to oversee office management and operational functions at our Houston location. This position is ideal for individuals who are methodical, detail-oriented, and excel in dynamic work settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and welcome guests
- Handle incoming calls and assist Office Directors
- Ensure a tidy and welcoming office atmosphere
- Support staff with various administrative projects
- Organize office events and cultural programs
- Assist Human Resources with the onboarding process for new hires
- Oversee office security protocols and emergency plans
- Manage correspondence, deliveries, and inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
- At least two years of higher education or business training
- A minimum of five years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with administrative workflows
- Experience with Bluebeam is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a professional presence
