Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Military Support
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager - Military Support to join our team at Patriot Enterprises LLC.
About the Job:
The Customer Service Manager - Military Support will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members of the Armed Forces, family members, civilians, and contractors. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide team lead and location's primary point of contact
- Provide metrics and quantitative values for each metric that must be reported
- Provide products in the format requested on various MS Office tools to include word, Excel, and Power Point
- Selects appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals
- Track and meet required suspense for products, reports, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Support service/customer service experience
- Military background/familiarity preferred
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess a general understanding and the ability to perform basic tasks associated with Army Personnel Services
- Be able to pick up new skills quickly
- Understand and be able to perform basic tasks on Army Personnel Information Systems
Salary:$65,000 per year
