Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze financial reports, and knowledge of customer service techniques.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
