Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification is expanding. We are a locally operated emergency disaster response and reconstruction firm seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent/Field Manager to enhance our workforce. Our organization delivers services across a diverse range of residential and commercial clients. Position Summary:

The Reconstruction Superintendent and Field Manager will oversee all elements of scheduling, quality assurance, and budget management related to reconstruction activities.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in reconstruction
  • Strong communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and listening
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Highly organized and coordinated
  • Ability to manage schedules, daily logs, and multitask effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Moderate computer proficiency for project management software
  • Reliable transportation and personal mobile phone
  • Bi-lingual skills are advantageous
  • Ability to lead by example and establish a positive tone
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

Remote Work:

Schedule:
  • 8-10 hour shifts Monday to Friday
  • Possible weekend work may be required
COVID-19 Considerations:
Vaccination is strongly recommended. We provide masks, gloves, and booties for all employees. For hazardous tasks, appropriate personal protective equipment is supplied.

  • A valid and clean driver's license is mandatory
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in construction management
Work Location: Based out of local office with travel to surrounding project sites.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
