Role Overview:

  • Ensure the overall success of projects, focusing on profitability, timelines, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Guide project management and field personnel in executing project strategies.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage Project Engineers and interns.
  • Oversee projects from the Pre-Construction phase through to Closeout.
  • Assist Project Superintendents in managing project timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and financials to meet profit objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and OSHA regulations.
