Construction Project Manager

$120,000 - $175,000 annually

Role Overview:

  • Ensure the overall success of projects, focusing on profitability, timelines, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead project management and field teams to implement project strategies effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor Project Engineers and interns to foster their professional growth.
  • Oversee projects from the Pre-Construction phase through to Closeout.
  • Assist Project Superintendents in managing project timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and financials to meet profit objectives.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and OSHA regulations.
