Graveyard Community Support Specialist

Columbia Community Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graveyard Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct client services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses and/or addiction issues who reside in our residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach activities of daily living, including housekeeping, cooking, personal hygiene, and personal finance
- Model appropriate interpersonal and vocational skills and behaviors
- Deal effectively with high-stress situations and handle unusual human behavior
- Resolve conflicts and provide support to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma/equivalency preferred and at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
- Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered
- Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance

Working Conditions:
This position works in an office environment/residential home and is not remote.
