Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Lead Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
Columbia Community Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate I/DD Adult Lead Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) program, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring systems that support the IDD community, facilitating health and safety, and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor systems that support the IDD community
- Facilitate health and safety, and enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Oversee assigned DD Service Coordinators and their cases
- Supervise and support a team of Service Coordinators to ensure high-quality services are provided to individuals with IDD
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, productivity, and social/physical integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
