YOUR ROLE
As the Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Public Works Director by managing accreditation processes, participating in meetings, and addressing community inquiries. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of various teams, ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadway systems, stormwater management, and fleet vehicles. Your strategic planning and leadership will be vital to the success of our public works department and the well-being of the community.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in a supervisory or management role within municipal public works is essential. Familiarity with union environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute, are required. Knowledge of paving principles and experience with asphalt work are crucial. A CDL is preferred, or the candidate must be able to obtain one within a year.
