Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Staff My Agency. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Insurance sales experience and/or property and casualty and life and health licenses preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships.
