Assisted Living Administrator

The Post At Mint Hill Llc is seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee all four of our homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Residential Care Coordination: Work closely with the residential care coordinator and nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with state regulations.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families, ensuring open communication and support.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain and uphold all the standards of The Post At Mint Hill Llc, including exceptional customer service and care.
- Budget Management: Adhere to and manage the business budget, ensuring financial responsibility and efficiency.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor all four homes to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, and the community, addressing any concerns and facilitating smooth communication.
- Staff Management: Oversee the hiring, training, and management of staff to maintain a skilled and compassionate team.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote The Post At Mint Hill Llc and attract potential residents and their families.
- Must hold a valid NC Assisted Living Administrator license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies, and remain on-call 24/7.
