About the Role

BryceTech is seeking a highly skilled CBRN Policy Analyst to support the DHS FEMA, Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing key policy issues and nuclear security events, promoting, and protecting FEMA/CBRN equities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on CBRN policy issues, including nuclear security events and emergency management strategies.
  • Develop and implement policy recommendations to support FEMA/CBRN equities, including planning and preparedness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide specialized technical assistance and operational support on CBRN-related projects.
  • Support the Federal Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee (FRPCC) and other interagency initiatives to advance CBRN policy and doctrine.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and emergency management professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CBRN policy developments and emerging threats, and provide expert advice and guidance to support FEMA's mission.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as emergency management, homeland security, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CBRN policy, emergency management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience supporting or working with DHS FEMA CBRN programs is highly desirable.
  • TS/SCI Security clearance is required.
