BryceTech is seeking an experienced CBRN Policy Analyst to support the DHS FEMA, Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing key policy issues and nuclear security events, promoting, and protecting FEMA/CBRN equities.
Key Responsibilities- CBRN Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on CBRN threats, including chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear hazards.
- CBRN Policy and Doctrine Support: Provide policy and doctrine support to the Federal Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee (FRPCC) and other key stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Support special projects related to CBRN policy and doctrine, including planning and coordination with interagency partners.
- Policy Support to the Federal Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee (FRPCC): Provide policy support to the FRPCC, including development of policy briefs and other materials.
- Planning Support to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear Program Plans: Support the development of program plans related to CBRN threats, including planning and coordination with interagency partners.
- Specialized Technical Assistance and Operational Support: Provide specialized technical assistance and operational support to FEMA and other key stakeholders, including support for CBRN training and exercises.
- CBRN Training and Exercise Support: Support CBRN training and exercises, including development of training materials and facilitation of exercises.
- Interagency Modeling Atmospheric and Assessment Center (IMAAC) Program Support: Provide support to the IMAAC program, including development of program materials and facilitation of program activities.
- Nuclear Incident Response Team (NIRT) Program: Support the NIRT program, including development of program materials and facilitation of program activities.
- Regional Coordinator Support: Provide support to regional coordinators, including development of program materials and facilitation of program activities.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field of expertise.
- Work Experience: Five (5) years of related work experience, with two (2) years of related experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- CBRN Experience: Previous experience supporting or working with DHS FEMA CBRN experience is highly desirable.
- Security Clearance: A TS/SCI Security clearance is required.
