The key role of the Sales Consultant is to ensure an outstanding customer experience by providing comprehensive product information, aiding in purchasing decisions, and nurturing strong customer relationships through our CRM System.
Compensation Structure
  • Engage in a compensated 90-day training program
  • Benefit from a competitive performance-based compensation plan
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
  • Accurately input customer data into the CRM system
  • Deliver product presentations demonstrating knowledge of features and services
  • Facilitate demonstration rides for interested customers
  • Efficiently schedule appointments and follow-ups
  • Participate in daily sales and training meetings to support team objectives
  • Maintain a clean and presentable inventory
  • Comprehend customer needs and effectively close sales
Career Advancement
Structured training programs are available for career progression within the company. Opportunities to advance from Sales Associate to Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and potentially to General Manager are attainable.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
