About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert knowledge of our new and pre-owned vehicles, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Present information on new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting their features, capabilities, and warranties.
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, and completing sales or purchase contracts.
  • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily sales/training meetings to assist in reaching individual and department goals.

  • Communicate effectively with others.
  • Present information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Time Management – ability to manage one's own time.
  • Type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.
  • Ability to solve basic math calculations.
  • Basic computer skills.
