Position Overview:

  • Document research findings and work products formally in memos and reports.
  • Stay informed about changing banking regulations and the economic landscape, evaluating their implications for deliverables and communicating with relevant partners.
  • Manage risk effectively by collaborating with second and third lines of defense.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the development and coordination of capital forecasts, particularly for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process.
  • Gain expertise in legal entity strategy, forecasting, and intercompany relationships.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Treasury or a related field, demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with regulatory capital requirements.
  • Experience in financial forecasting and analytics.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline; MBA/CFA/CPA is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effective across diverse audiences and stakeholders, including executive management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Essbase and General Ledger.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise-wide processes.
  • Strong attention to detail; capable of translating strategy into actionable steps across teams.
