Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing profitability within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, organize, and cultivate a profitable portfolio of approximately 50 target and core dealers.
  • Identify and onboard new Dealers in your territory, including top-tier partners.
  • Enhance sales through proactive engagement with current and prospective clients regarding product launches, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Ensure sustained revenue growth and maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Keep a detailed record of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with Branch Managers and their teams to boost sales across assigned branches.
  • Develop corrective action plans as necessary to achieve or surpass sales objectives on a weekly basis.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product features, benefits, and performance.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive information to help them exceed service expectations, including policies on promotions and product updates.
  • Regularly check in with customers to assess satisfaction with our offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities within your territory.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the company's product line and features.
  • Adhere to established work instructions, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Nature & Scope:
Focus on increasing sales volume and revenue within your assigned region.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Demonstrated sales proficiency with the capability to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities, with a talent for generating new business through effective negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and focus.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and plans.
  • Familiarity with HVAC products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.

Experience:
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC sector.

Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be able to fulfill essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. Frequent travel to customer locations is required, along with occasional travel for corporate meetings and events.
