Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing innovative products? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy in Hyannis, MA.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Sonos, a leading brand in wireless audio, and promote their home theater technology to customers.
- Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in assigned stores.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Assist and train store personnel to effectively communicate Sonos information and promote sales.
- Previous sales experience, with a plus for consumer electronics knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to assigned Best Buy location.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs.
- Elevate your sales skills and experience with the latest innovations in home audio.
- Experience-driven earnings with a wage range of $18.00 to $20.00.
- Seasonal weekend warrior schedule with 12 hours per week, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Sales bonuses up to 20% and retention bonuses for program completion.
- Paid training, biweekly pay with direct deposit, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
