As a participant in our internship program, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams engaged in groundbreaking projects. Throughout this immersive 10-12 week internship, you will have the chance to:

Property Management Internships

As an intern in our Property Management division, you will have the unique opportunity to observe the lifecycle of both Government and Boeing-owned assets associated with some of the most exciting Government Programs. Your responsibilities may include maintaining high-quality standards through accurate record-keeping, reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional communication. You will participate in the analysis and production of metrics related to the Property Management lifecycle, including reconciling physical inventory results and reviewing contracts for compliance with Government Property requirements.

Boeing Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF)

This division is responsible for the upkeep of Boeing's buildings and infrastructure, including project execution, construction services, and employee relocations.

Available Roles Include:

  • Project Administrator / Construction Management - Manage customer requests for facilities services, evaluate needs, and develop tactical plans.
  • Facilities Analyst - Respond to service requests, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze data to recommend improvements.
  • Systems Integration Specialist - Lead technology initiatives by gathering requirements and supporting the deployment of facilities technology solutions.
  • Business Operations - Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Change Management Office (CMO) - Assist in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives related to change management.

Important Information

Some positions may require a combination of onsite and remote work, while others may be fully virtual. Certain roles may necessitate obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an expected graduation date after August 2025
  • Availability for full-time work during the summer internship period

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in the aerospace industry and a desire to build a career at Boeing
  • Academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Previous internship experience or involvement in student organizations
  • Relevant majors include Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
