Overview of Global Operations:

The Global Operations (GO) team provides comprehensive operational solutions across all business lines and support areas. GO is responsible for managing essential systems and platforms that uphold our market-leading positions in key sectors, including deposits, payment solutions, consumer lending, wealth management, and more.

Internship Overview:

This 10-week internship is tailored to offer a distinctive experience aligned with your interests and the needs of the business. Open to MBA candidates, this program encompasses a range of activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and project management skills. Interns will engage in diverse tasks across various GO sectors, gaining invaluable insights through training, professional development, networking, and community service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore potential tracks such as Business Controls, Operations Management, and Project/Change Management.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Pursuing an MBA from an accredited institution.
  • Prior work experience of 3-5 years post-bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2.
