Global Operations Overview:

The Global Operations (GO) team provides comprehensive operational solutions across all business lines and support functions within the organization. GO is responsible for managing essential systems and platforms that uphold our leading market positions in key sectors such as deposits, payment solutions, consumer lending, wealth management, and investment banking.

Internship Overview:

The Global Operations Development Program is a structured 10-week internship tailored to offer participants a distinctive experience aligned with their interests and the evolving needs of the business. This program is specifically designed for individuals pursuing an MBA degree. Interns will engage in diverse activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and project management skills, reflecting Bank of America's core values.

Interns may rotate through various GO business areas, ensuring a rich learning experience through training sessions, professional development opportunities, networking events, and community service initiatives. Throughout the internship, participants will enhance their skills and competencies, making a tangible impact on our operations from the outset.

Qualifications:

Education:
