Our Wealth Management Summer Analyst Program is tailored for individuals passionate about assisting clients in achieving their financial aspirations. This program is designed to help you accumulate the experience necessary to effectively serve our clientele, offering a unique opportunity to gain insights into the Merrill Wealth Management organization.

About Merrill Wealth Management

Collaborate with seasoned Merrill professionals to grasp vital components of wealth management, encompassing investment and banking solutions, relationship cultivation, digital capabilities, and client engagement. Interns play a pivotal role in facilitating client service initiatives, enhancing client interactions, and managing relationships.

Training and Development

Your growth and development are our foremost priorities. We provide formal training at the program's inception, alongside on-the-job support, educational speaker events, and mentorship throughout the summer. This internship also includes a comprehensive curriculum featuring web-based learning, technical training, and professional development opportunities. As a summer intern, your key responsibilities may encompass:

  • Client Service - including onboarding, account management, phone support, and digital client engagement
  • Utilizing your financial acumen to assist with various projects as directed by clients and business leaders
  • Participating in roles such as Client Engagement, Relationship Management, Operations, and more
  • Engaging in strategic projects aimed at enhancing operations and client experiences

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or direct-to-Master's degree with an anticipated graduation within the specified timeframe
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and expectations
  • Proficient in technological tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred

Travel: As needed

Full / Part-time: Full-time

Hours Per Week: 40

Shift: Day Shift
