Position Overview

The focus of the Commercial Vehicle / Off-Road Group is to provide tailored system and service solutions across market segments including Truck, Agriculture, Construction, and Material Handling. We are committed to delivering reliable, automated, connected, and electrified solutions that assist our Commercial Vehicle clients in minimizing costs and downtime while enhancing road safety. In the Off-Road sector, we aim to provide cost-effective and efficient solutions that support sustainability, improve food production efficiency, and ensure worker safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development initiatives for Cockpit Technology Products (including Telematics Units, Infotainment systems, Displays, etc.) targeting North American Commercial Vehicle customers.
  • Develop and present comprehensive customer and sales strategies, along with product demonstrations.
  • Formulate competitive commercial and pricing strategies for proposals, employing strong negotiation skills to secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead internal preparations and presentations for acquisitions in North America.
  • Achieve all sales KPIs and maintain accurate revenue planning for accounts.
  • Analyze and report on customer technology trends, innovations, and market dynamics to devise and implement growth strategies.
  • Support ongoing production projects, including price and change management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team leadership and resolution meetings.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including potential international travel.

Preferred:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Commercial Vehicle and Cockpit Technology Products is advantageous.
  • Capability to work independently and effectively.
