Key Responsibilities for Field Sales Consultants
- Proactively seek, qualify, and secure new sales opportunities through various channels (canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking)
- Effectively manage and optimize your designated territory
- Conduct thorough exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage
- Facilitate the transition from inspection to claim filing and contract signing
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters on-site
- Collect payments and insurance deductibles from homeowners
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners by exceeding expectations
- Educate clients on industry standards, products, and company policies
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Communicate regularly with sales leadership, clients, and office personnel
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Adhere to AmeriPro's sales protocols and procedures
Qualifications for Field Sales Consultants
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (preferred)
- Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage (preferably 10 years or newer)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Smartphone capable of downloading applications and taking photos
- Industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms is required
- Familiarity with a structured sales approach is preferred
- Ability to work independently and self-manage
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- Valid driver's license (any state)
