Lead a Therapeutic Team
At Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota, we seek a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our residential team and make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for youth ages 10 to 17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program.
- Provide direct supervision, evaluation, and training to designated residential staff.
- Assist in hiring, orientation, and training.
- Attend and participate in designated team meetings and in-service training and crisis intervention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of postsecondary education and one year of experience working with children.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks.
- Requires a valid driver's license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
