Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned Senior Project Manager for Commercial Construction to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management and construction, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain professional communication through various channels.
  • Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure successful completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with specific examples provided.
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on organization and planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to effectively read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency in project management software, estimating software, and MS Office applications.
  • Experience with scheduling software is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
